Under general direction, the Dealer Development Manager is responsible for creating Dealer Selection Process and Onboarding training.
Assist sales team members, dealership personnel and internal personnel to coordinate activities to obtain maximum sales volume.
This will include support functions in the first year or two of the dealership.
Working with the dealership, sales, customer care and management team to report progress.
This position will support and contribute to the company goals of 10-20-4 and zero injuries.

Essential Functions of the Job:
Demonstrate the abilities, processes, training and other procedures to allow onboarding for ease of doing business with any RhinoAg Brand.
Build a Team relationship with the Sales Team and the Dealership personnel to assist them in the onboarding or new procedures that assists the dealerships.
Communicate knowledge and findings with the Sales Team and Dealership personnel, as well as management in an ongoing fashion.
Working directly with each brands National Sales Manager in a peer-to-peer relationship.
Assisting the Territory Sales Managers with the new accounts and reporting progress or issues as they arise.
Work internally with various departments to facilitate training and clarity for new or newly existing dealers issues.
Assist in establishing and reviewing periodically a Dealer Selection Criteria or Process.
Troubleshoot with National Sales Managers or Territory Sales Managers, current dealers that need additional training and support functions.
Support and assist in dealer training for various functions, including but not limited to:
New configurator, Pricing, Governmental Bid Assist Processes, product launches, Dealer Meetings and Open Houses.
Ability to guide product selection to match the customer needs, including upsell accessories to maximize sales.
Travels in the field calling on dealerships in conjunction with the Field Sales team members.
Teach and instruct, when necessary, with End Users, Fleets, Governmental and Dealer personnel.
Ability to fill in for and / or assist Territory Sales Managers.
Ability, willingness and skills needed to mentor and coach sales team in the field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
Knowledge of products, procedures and ability to gather such information quickly with in the industry.
Highly detailed oriented and able to multi-task several projects at once.
Proven record of accomplishment of sales and/or service experience in relevant industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills to include all Microsoft products and JDE preferred.
Excelling interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to travel effectively and efficiently.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of sales/marketing and/or service experience, preferably in agricultural or industrial markets.
Previous experience on like products preferred for ease of training.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have an insurable driving record.
Must possess or be able to possess a valid US Passport.
Ability to work overtime, as needed to accomplish goals and objectives.
